Course Description Always dreamt of being a chef? Fancy working on board a cruise ship galley(kitchen) among the choicest ingredients, whipping up culinary delights, but lacked the necessary qualifications to pursue it? Worry no more. With our 8 –Week Asst. Cook Diploma programme, you will soon fulfil your dreams. This entry-level course will equip you with the basics of continental cuisine and the fundamentals of preparing food in various sections of a modern cruise line kitchen in a simulated cruise ship galley right on campus. Each course is designed with strong emphasis on the Hygiene and Sanitation practices followed on board.

On successful certification, candidates will be absorbed as a an Asst. Cook Trainee on a salary of Rs:45000 / per month (approx) per month with excellent opportunities of career growth and development. Placements would be on any of the 30 world-class cruise ships belonging to our associate brands sailing all around the world.
Eligibility • Candidate should be minimum 21 years of age on or before the date of completion of the course.
• Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) with English as medium of instruction.
• Minimum experience of six months in a food production area of a 3 / 5 star hotel or a fine dining restaurant
•Selection procedures will include written tests & personal interviews
